Yesterday I was looking at some images I had taken a while back. Then I noticed an image or two of the wedding of Trine and Jonatan. The images immediately took me back to when I took them. The story in short: Trine and Jonatan had seen some of my work through a friend of theirs who got married, it resonated with them. Over the email we came to the agreement I would shoot their wedding in Stord which is on the west coast of Norway. Stord is beautiful. Thorbjørn, a dear friend of the family, was super helpful and drove me round. Thorbjørn is a cool outdoor guy and could point out all the best spots in the area.
The weather was not great in the days leading up to the wedding, but it did not spoil the experience. Pleased to say that the weather on the day of the wedding was bright, hot and sunny! I was so grateful to be there. All the friends/family of Trine and Jonatan are warm hearted people and to this day I occasionally chat over Facebook messenger with a handful of people I met there.
So, to wrap it up, I think I should re-share some of their images. Trine, Jonatan and all the friends and family, thank you (again). Thank you for the unforgettable experience. See you soon!
